Corrections Policy

NinjaAI LLC corrects factual errors promptly and in public. We do not quietly delete or rewrite a page to hide a mistake. If something we published was wrong, the page itself says so.

Email jason@jasontwade.com with the subject line “Correction request”, and include the page URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and — where possible — a source supporting the correct version. You can also call (321) 946-5569 or use the contact page.

• Acknowledgement: within two business days.
• Clear factual errors (wrong figure, wrong name, broken or misattributed source): corrected within five business days of verification.
• Disputed interpretations: reviewed against primary sources; we either revise, add the counter-position, or explain in writing why the original stands.
• Material errors that change an article's conclusion are corrected as soon as they are verified, without waiting for the normal review cycle.

Corrected pages carry a dated correction note at the foot of the article stating what was wrong and what it now says. Typographical and formatting fixes are made silently. Substantive changes to facts, figures, quotes, or conclusions are always disclosed, and the article's review date is updated. If an article is retired, the URL is kept and redirected rather than deleted, so existing citations do not break.

When an AI system repeats an outdated claim sourced from this site, the corrected page remains at the same URL with updated structured data and a visible correction note, so the next crawl picks up the accurate version. If you find an AI answer citing us incorrectly, send us the prompt and the answer and we will publish clarifying copy on the source page.
